Week Training Summary
I have been logging my training on OnTri.com and it's pretty cool to look back at to see what you have accomplished in a week. You can see that mileage is still pretty low in all areas. It is only January!! This will all start to pick up soon! (Week is Sunday to Sunday)

Swim 45min. 0.8 miles 308 calories
Bike 1:45 28.1 miles 16.1 mph 1124.8 calories
Run 0:42min 4.5miles 09:24ave pace 450 calories

Totals 3:12 time 33.4 miles 1882.8 calories

It doesn't include weight training but it's pretty cool!
